History: Hanko II was among the first, if not the first six meter on Puget Sound. The photos below show her in the state she was in before a massive snow storm broke the shed that protected her and broke her backbone in 2002. The mast was sold to the owner of US 51 Totem and the lead was sold to a small group of enthusiasts on Orcas Island who intend to recreate the boat as soon as they are finished with another project. More history coming soon.
